How will my package be shipped?
All packages are typically shipped via U.S. Postal Service with signature confirmation required. Bulk silver usually ships USPS 2-day Priority Mail and may be shipped via FedEx Ground with signature confirmation required. All shipments are insured for their FULL VALUE. Packages under $500 are sent via First Class Mail. Packages from $500 - $17,500 are typically sent via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. Goldmart may also use FedEx Ground (2 day), UPS or USPS Registered Mail at its discretion. Packages of higher value will be sent USPS Express Overnight or FedEx with a signature required upon delivery. See Goldmart’s Ordering Policies and Procedures for more information.
When can I expect my package to ship?
We work very hard to process and ship all orders in a timely fashion; however processing times are dependent upon payment method. Goldmart cannot guarantee these shipping times and they are estimates only. Actual shipping times may be affected by volatile market conditions and other factors beyond Goldmart’s control.

How do I buy from Goldmart?
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day or over the phone during normal business hours (7 am - 4 pm PT, Mon-Fri). Our website offers 128-bit encryption to provide you with security, ensuring a safe, user-friendly ordering system. Upon placing an order with Goldmart, you will be required to provide your credit card information whether or not a credit card is used for payment. Your price is locked-in upon clicking the PLACE ORDER button in the Check-Out Area of the Shopping Cart.
You will be emailed an invoice which will include order number, quantity, price per item and the transaction total, including shipping and insurance.
What type of payments do you accept?
Goldmart DOES NOT ACCEPT: ACH payments, American Express, Discover, C.O.D., or any other form of payment directly, at this time. (For American Express or Discover card - use Paypal as your payment method.)
Where do I find your bank / payment information?
The address of our bank, plus our account information (routing number, account number, etc.) is included in the "Goldmart.com Order Confirmation" email you will receive from us after you place your order.
If I am paying by personal check, certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, to which address do I send my payment ?
You can send your payment to either of the two addresses shown on our CONTACT page. Some of our customers prefer the PO Box, while others appreciate the fact that Goldmart.com has an actual, physical presence to which they can send their money.

Can I cancel my order?
Once a transaction price is established and a confirmation number issued, the transaction cannot be cancelled for any reason except at Goldmart's sole and absolute discretion; provided, however, if payment in full of the transaction price is not received within 3-5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge your credit card in accordance with our market loss policy.
Can I return my order?
No returns are permitted. All sales are final. You can sell back to us at any time at our current buy price.
Can I change my order?
You cannot change your order once your order has been confirmed.
Do you accept trade-ins of gold, silver, and platinum?
Yes, we do accept trade-ins. Please call for further information.
What is Goldmart's policy regarding partial shipments?
As a rule, we do not ship partial orders. Orders that contain both pre-sale and in-stock merchandise will be held and shipped only when all items are available to be shipped. Please keep this in mind when placing an order that combines both pre-sale and in-stock items.

We do not typically combine orders to lower shipping charge(s) or for any other reason. Please keep this in mind when placing your order(s)
What is Goldmart's policy regarding credit card orders?
Due to policies imposed by Visa and Master Card merchant services, orders paid for by credit card may not be modified. If cancelled by you, the customer, they may also be subject to Goldmart's cancellation policies, including cancellation and market-loss fees.
How can I sell my precious metals to Goldmart?

Must I order a certain minimum if I live in Canada?
No minimums. You may purchase as little as one ounce of silver.
What currencies do you accept?

Will I be required to pay duties or taxes on my end?

Will you declare the value of my order on the custom forms?
What if I refuse delivery, miss delivery, or if my order just isn’t deliverable?
If your order is returned to us for any reason whatsoever, you will be responsible for all fees associated with its return to us. Additionally, if you wish us to reship your order, you will be required to 1) pay any due fees due to us, and 2) pay any new shipping fees.
Until all of the above fees have been paid, you will be prohibited from ordering from us.
How do you ship to Canada, and how much does it cost?
We offer several different shipping options.
Option 1: Orders under $5,000 USD and weighing less than 4 lbs. (50 troy oz.) may ship USPS Priority International, which takes 6-10 days and costs $19.95 per order.
Option 2: Orders more than 4 lbs. or which total more than $50,000 USD (whichever is greater) may ship USPS Express International™, and typically take 3-5 days. The cost for this option is based on the dollar amount of the order and / or the weight of the order:
For the first 20 lbs. or $50,000 USD (whichever is greater), the cost would be $34.95 USD, plus $29.25 USD for each additional 20 lb. increment, or increment of $50,000 USD (again, whichever is greater).

Do you offer any free shipping to locations in Canada?
No. Because of the greater risks resulting in higher insurance costs, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
