We have no minimum or maximum limit when purchasing from you.
We will NOT provide free shipping or insuarance for packages valued under $5,000.
If selling to us and your package is valued under $5,000 we recommend shipping to us using USPS Priorirty Flat Rate box with Insuance.
If shipping to us using our USPS shipping account and our private insuarance, we "Goldmart" and our insurer "Lloyd's of London" are not responsible for lost shipments as a result to non-compliance of the following instructions.
Shipping Instructions:
- Read and follow the Packaging Instructions.
- For packages valued above $5,000 call us for our USPS account number to receive free shipping.
The following shipment methods are set to comply with our Lloyd's of London Insuarance policy. If need be, you may ship multiple packages.
- For gold, platinum and/or palladium shipments with a total value between $5,000 - $17,500 ship using a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box with Signature Confirmation Required.
- For gold, platinum and/or palladium shipments with a total value between $17,501 - $100,000 ship using USPS Express Mail service with Signature Confirmation Required.
- For silver shipments with a total value between $5,000 - $25,000 ship using a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box with Signature Confirmation Required.
- For sealed Silver Eagle Monster Boxes or 1,000 oz silver bars please call for special instructions.
- For gold, platinum and/or palladium shipments with a total value between $5,000 - $17,500 ship using a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box with Signature Confirmation Required.
- Make sure Signature Confirmation is required upon delivery.
- Do NOT declare value of package or purchase additional insuarance.
- Do NOT write anywords on package that can help identify contents. Do NOT use the word "Goldmart" on the package but rather address shipping to our parent company LPMI.

- Packages must be securely taped shut and re-inforced. Extra tape must be applied to re-inforce the entire package. For silver shipments we recommend using a heavy duty tape.
- Do not pack any loose coins or bars. Make sure all coins and bars are concealed in a non-transparent box, bag, or paper before placing into shipping box.
- Try to double box your shipment if possible, by placing contents into a smaller box and then into the shipping box.
- All coins sent in tubes need to be taped closed and have a filler to stop coins from rattling. All 90% silver needs to be tightly bagged with a zip tie to minimize noise in transit.
- After you have followed the above Shipping and Packaging Instructions and you have shipped your package(s) to us, (which means the USPS has received your package). Call us immediately with your USPS tracking number and notify us of the contents thein so the package will be properly insured.
- At any time after the USPS has received your package(s), you may call us at your descretion during trading hours to lock in your Live Price.
- Checks will be mailed out within 2 business days of receipt of your package. Checks over the ammount of $20,000 will mail USPS Exrpess Overnight. Checks between the ammount of $20,000 - $5,000 will mail USPS Priority Mail. Checks under the ammount $5,000 will mail USPS First Class Mail.
